I was born in Greece and live in Nea Ionia, Volos, with my wife and our daughter, who make everything else worthwhile.
I’m the founder of Meikopoulos Partners & Co. (MPC), a highly specialized design and technology company working selectively on sophisticated financial products. At MPC, I work closely with Usual Labs across open finance and within the EdgeClear ecosystem across institutional trading, risk infrastructure and trader intelligence. Our work starts with the underlying financial mechanics and carries through to product, design and development.
Earlier, I founded Swoop DeFi Labs and built Swoop Exchange, a one-click liquidity aggregator ranked #6 "Best DEX Aggregator" by OKX in 2024 and backed by Harmony. I led product and design until selling my equity and exiting in 2025.
I’ve also led product design at Vela Exchange, a permissionless derivatives platform with $20B+ in cumulative volume, and Newmoney, where we explored the intersection of personal finance and artificial intelligence.
I’m drawn to financial systems where understanding the mechanism is inseparable from designing the product.
