I was born in Greece and live in Nea Ionia, Volos, with my wife and our daughter, who make everything else worthwhile.
I founded Swoop DeFi Labs, a decentralized-finance software lab born from a personal need to improve UX in the space. We created Swoop Exchange, a one-click, best-price swap app ranked #6 "Best DEX Aggregator" by OKX in 2024 and backed by Harmony Blockchain. I led product and design until selling my equity and exiting in 2025.
I now work at Usual Labs as a Product Designer for Usual Protocol, helping build financial infrastructure grounded in openness and ownership.
Previously, led design at Vela Exchange, a permissionless perps exchange with $10B+ cumulative volume, and Newmoney Wallet, where we explored what a user-first DeFi wallet looks like when paired with artificial intelligence.
I also run Ionia DeFi Holdings, where I research and invest in mission-first crypto projects focused on expanding individual agency and reducing systems of control.
I care deeply about design as a discipline of clarity and joy, not just decoration.
